Enter your order number (supported by EmeTerm official store and Amazon store), email, shipping address, and other required details for your old device in the form below. Our system will verify your eligibility for the trade-in.
STEP 2
Get Discount Code & Return Address
Once your trade-in is approved, we’ll send a 50% discount code for your new model and the return address for your old device to the email you provided.
STEP 3
Order Your New EmeTerm and Return the Old One
Use the discount code at checkout to save 50% on your new model. Then, securely pack your old device and send it to the specified return address (return shipping is paid by the buyer).
